Capsule Formula Development
With capsules, the main technical question is how much active material can realistically fit into one capsule and whether the blend is suitable for encapsulation. Some raw materials can be bulky, sticky, poorly flowing or technologically more demanding.
At the beginning, we help define a formula that is likely to work well in production. During real manufacturing, minor technical adjustments may be needed, such as changing the amount of certain ingredients or adding excipients to improve flow and capsule filling.
If the amount of a more expensive active ingredient needs to be reduced for technical reasons, we can also make a price correction after production. Everything is discussed with you so the final product stays as close as possible to your original idea.
