Flavour and Formula Development
Every instant powder supplement requires flavour development. This process typically adds approximately one additional week during the first production cycle. Once the flavour profile has been finalised, future production batches become significantly faster and more efficient.
The flavour is tested by up to five people and multiple versions are often created before reaching the final result. Our goal is to develop a supplement that not only performs well but also delivers an excellent taste experience that encourages long-term use.
Development can be performed through a sample batch of approximately one kilogram, or it may be included free of charge within the minimum production batch.
Minimum Production Quantities
Instant powder products usually require approximately 15–25 kg of finished blend as a minimum production quantity. The exact amount depends on the formulation, selected ingredients and packaging format.
Thanks to relatively accessible minimum quantities, powder supplements are suitable both for new brands entering the market and established companies expanding their product portfolio.

Single-Serving Sachet Filling Options
If you want individual servings instead of larger tubs or pouches, we can offer two different sachet filling solutions.
- Stand-up pouches with labels: Usually around 100 ml volume, minimum order quantity approximately 2,000 sachets. Faster production and lower total volume requirements, but higher cost per unit.
- Machine-filled printed sachets: Minimum order quantity approximately 10,000 sachets. Lower unit cost and custom sachet sizing, but higher volume requirements and longer lead times.
